The best thing about Spring is watching the world come back to life! These birdfeeders are a perfect way to add fun and beauty to your window area as you watch the bird migrate back and forage for food.
In this 3-hour class, we'll build feeders similar to these using slab or pinch techniques. If you want the wider bowl, you'll use a form to create it in, adding texture at the end. If you make the bird, you'll create a bowl using the pinch technique, then stuff it while you add the rest of your design. Each participant gets to make 1 birdfeeder.
1-2 weeks after class, come back to glaze (paint) your own feeder! Feeders will be finished about 2 weeks after you glaze them. Want us to glaze them for you? We can do that for a small charge. Pieces glazed by the studio will be finished about 4-5 weeks after class.
