Make your own worry stones or some to give to friends and family. These small objects are easy to fit in pockets to help self-regulate when anxiety or stress hits. The idea behind the worry stone is to rub it between your forefinger and thumb or to fidget with the stone when feeling nervous or overwhelmed.
In this 1.5 hour class, you'll create up to 5 stones and paint them. These can be decorated in a specific way or just your own design.
Pieces will be put through the kiln and ready to pick up around 2 weeks after class.
